Harry Greenberg, the current owner of Premier, set foot in the United State close to 27 years ago. To make ends meat, he took up a job driving trucks for a poultry distributor. The hours spent driving on the road gave him time to think about what he wanted for himself and he started dreaming of owning his own business.
After coming across a small, local meat company named Wayne Provisions, and with just enough money saved, he was able to bring his dream to life. Harry wasn’t content with producing run-of-the-mill, low-quality meat. His leadership allowed Wayne Provisions to break through into the premium beef and poultry industry.
The key to achieving the most exceptional piece of meat was and still is the meticulous that’s care given at every step. The healthiest animals make the healthiest, cleanest meats.

Sourcing from local family-owned farms who have high standards of animal husbandry and sustainable farming made the company desirable amongst chefs and fine dining professionals across Southern California. The dedication to quality led to the rebirth of Wayne Provisions to the currently known; Premier Meat Company. To ensure consistent quality and care, all Premier butchers undergo months of training before handling our meats. Only Premier offers 24-hour customer service, which allows chefs to place
an order, as late as midnight, and have it delivered the following morning. Our delivery driver fleet spans across Southern California, Vegas, and even parts of Northern California.
Harry has grown Premier Meat Company to the 75,0000 square foot headquarters it is today, with over 200 employees, the largest dry age facility in the United States and still knows all of his
employees by name. Every month Harry throws an employee appreciation barbecue to thank the whole Premier family for their loyalty and hard work throughout the years. The personal relationship Harry holds and fosters with his employees is why so many have stayed loyal and dedicated to Premier. Today, Premier Meat Company is still growing. After three years of research, we were able to engineer a way to ship our meats to customer’s doorsteps fresh and never frozen. The innovation, for premiermeatcompany.com was born and led by Hadar Almog, the director of marketing and daughter of Harry Greenberg. Now, with our reusable, eco-friendly cooling system, you can order the same quality meats we’ve been providing to restaurantsfor your family right from home and it will be delivered fresh within 48 hours. With the start of the online store, Harry hopes to be able to bridge the gap between American farmers and American families and make healthy, sustainable meats the standard in everyday households.
Harry plans to pass the business down to his children; Omer, (VP of Operations), Udi(Sales) and Hadar, once he retires. Together they will ensure Premier will always be a family
by carrying the values and integrity that have made this company so successful.
