and Delivery Fees
In our continued effort to maintain our high standards of efficiency in our deliveries, we require minimum orders of $200 – $300 depending on location. Should your order not reach the $200-$300 minimum requirement, a $25 delivery fee will be added to your invoice. All orders placed must be at least $100 in order to qualify for delivery.
When and Where We Deliver
Our service area extends from Santa Barbara to San Diego and Las Vegas and our infrastructure also allows us to deliver to most neighboring areas

Regular Cutoff Time
Monday through Saturday is Midnight. Please note that any orders received afterwards will be charged a $25 late fee
Available 7 AM – 4 PM, Monday through Friday
2 routes a week – Please check with your sales rep for schedule of days and times as routes change regularly
Los Angeles: Midnight cutoff
Other areas: 6 PM cutoff
Las Vegas: 10 PM cutoff

- Visa/Mastercard/Discover ‐ all transactions will incur a 1.8% convenience fee.
- We no longer accept American Express for payments
- Checks (Via USPS, Fax or Scan)
Premier Club Benefits
- Sales for the past year $100,000K or greater
- No Delivery Charges for Orders at least a minimum of $100.00
- Any Orders Less than $100.00 will be available for Will Call
- Convenience Fee of .8% for Invoice Payments using Visa or Mastercard Only
- Effective October 1, 2017 all Returned Checks will incur a $25.00 fee. As always, we thank you for your continued business and hope for a successful future for both your organization and ours.

- All Premier Meat Company product delivered must be checked and inspected by you the customer. If there is an issue with your order ex; wrong item, over shipment or price discrepancy, you must return the product with the driver at the time of delivery.
- All items from previous deliveries that require a return must be called into our customer service dept. @ 800‐555‐5539 within 24 hours of delivery. Our drivers cannot accept returns from previous deliveries without a pick up slip.
- All items that you are returning must be returned in their original state. Any cooked, thawed out or marinated product cannot be returned, and will be sent back to the Customer.
- ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED AT ANYTIME.
- Our Drivers cannot issue a credit.
- All Returns are Subject to Inspection and Credit Approval by Inspector. Credit will not be issued if product is found to be exposed or subjected to unsafe temperatures.
- All Credits for returned items are processed within 48 hours. A copy of the credit will be emailed to you the following business day after processing.
