Ingredients<\/strong>
\n2 lbs Skirt Steak<\/em><\/a>
\nEVOO- 4 tbsp
\nFresh Cilantro- 1 bunch
\nFresh Lime- 4 limes
\nGarlic- 3 to 4 cloves
\nRed Onion- 1\/2 small
\nSalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong>
\nRoughly chop cilantro, garlic, and onion
\nJuice all 4 limes into a small bowl, mix with chopped cilantro, garlic, and onion
\nAdd EVOO to lime juice and veggies<\/p>\n

\nScore the skirt steak with a fork or meat tenderizer.<\/p>\n

Place Flank Steak into a plastic gallon bag and pour marinade over the steak. Rub the marinade into the steak.
\nAllow to marinade on hour or up to overnight in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n

Remove marinating steak from fridge and heat grill to medium high.
\nSeason steak with salt and pepper and Grill 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
\nAllow meat to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thin against the grain.<\/p>\n
