INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n

For the Chicken:<\/strong>
\n1\/4 cup fresh lime juice
\n2 tablespoons agave nectar
\n1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
\n1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
\n1\/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
\n4 garlic cloves, minced
\n1LB Boneless Free Range Chicken Tenders Large Strips<\/em><\/a>
\nvegetable oil for grilling
\n1\/4 cup cilantro leaves
\nsliced Habanero peppers
\nwooden skewers<\/p>\n

For the Peanut Sauce:<\/strong>
\n3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter, reduced fat preferred
\n1\/4 cup light coconut milk
\n2 teaspoons fish sauce
\n1 teaspoons red pepper flakes
\n1 teaspoon crushed garlic
\n1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
\n1 tablespoon agave nectar<\/p>\n

DIRECTIONS<\/h2>\n

Whisk together lemon juice, agave, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Pour 1\/2 cup marinade into a shallow baking dish, put the remaining 1\/4 cup aside. Slice your chicken tenders down the length of the strip to make them into thinner strips. Add your chicken to the 1\/2 cup marinade and cover with plastic. Refrigerate for 2 hours.<\/p>\n

Soak about 26 skewers in water for 20 minutes and preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the skewers through the length of the chicken strips and oil your grill grates. Sear or grill your chicken in batches until cooked, about 3 minutes per side. <\/p>\n

For the Peanut sauce, blend in your peanut butter with coconut milk. add in lime juice, chili, garlic and agave nectar, incorporating well.<\/p>\n

Pour peanut sauce into shot glasses and dip your chicken skewers in. Garnish with cilantro and habanero slices for a party presentation.<\/p>\n
